Once you have made a reservation, we will be in touch to confirm your booking. Your personal contact will guide you through the entire process and discuss all the important information with you. For example, decide if you would like to book our concierge as part of the zero-stress, full-service package; pick your preferred catering option; and choose whether you would like us to order your ski passes for you. We will also talk through your arrival at the chalet.
